FRISK Documentation Model

Participants will review the steps of Progressive Discipline, learn documentation and file building techniques, study critical componetts of appropriate documentation, including what is legally sufficient disciplinary memoranda. Each participant will compose a FRISK document following the formant and style demonstrated in the training.
